When it comes to being a food warrior, Molly Margulies is well on her way to a lifetime of making a positive difference. Molly feels fortunate to have always been surrounded by people who care about food quality, and their enthusiasm for traceability has rubbed off on her. Molly got her start in the food system by working with the organization Worldwide Opportunities in Organic Farming – a worldwide exchange that connects volunteers to organic agriculture producers the world over. She studied abroad in Monte Verde, Costa Rica with the Sustainable Futures Study Abroad program, and she continued in Costa Rica on a WWOOF stint harvesting fruits and nuts for a working tree farm.
